Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1st, 2025

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments to Syntexa (“Syntexa,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing our digital products or using our services, you agree to the following terms.


1. Payment Terms

1.1. All payments made to Syntexa are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. This includes:

  • Website templates (digital downloads)

  • Design mockups

  • CRM software licenses or tools

  • Any other digital products or add-ons

1.2. Discounts, promotional sales, or special offers are non-refundable and not eligible for exchanges.

1.3. Personal dissatisfaction with a digital product or service does not qualify for a refund. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


2. Subscription & Service Cancellation (if applicable)

2.1. You may cancel your subscription or recurring service at any time by contacting us at support@syntexa.com.

2.2. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2.3. Consumer Protection Laws: If you are entitled to statutory rights under consumer laws (e.g., a 14-day withdrawal period for EU customers), you may cancel within the timeframe, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product/service.


3. Limited Refund Circumstances (Services Only)

Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • System Error or Duplicate Payment: If you were incorrectly charged due to a technical issue or duplicate transaction.

  • Service Failure: If Syntexa fails to deliver services as promised in our Terms, and the failure continues for more than 30 days after written notice, a prorated refund may be issued.

  • Unauthorized or Accidental Transactions: Must be reported to support@syntexa.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction.

⚠️ Important: Approved service refunds will include a 5% deduction for transaction and processing fees.
No refunds are available for digital product downloads (templates, mockups, software) under any circumstances.


4. Refund Process

4.1. To request a refund, you must provide valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or transaction ID).

4.2. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and returned via the original payment method, minus the 5% processing fee (where applicable).
